Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
We offer exchanges on items purchased, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Exchanges are only available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
The item must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at Ashley_harry_blinds@outlook.com to initiate the exchange process.
Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Return the original item to us at your own expense (unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped).
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item within 14 days.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchanges:
Items purchased on sale or at a discount.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Any items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
4. Exchange Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.
5. Limitations
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the terms of this policy are not met.
